Ask Me Anything – Baboon personalities and animal social behaviors

by | Mar 10, 2014 | regular

Tomorrow, we will be publishing an important paper which reports on Baboon personalities, authored by Dr. Alecia Carter and colleagues.

By studying baboons in Namibia (with the Tsaobis Baboon Project), these researchers examined how personality influenced whether baboons solved foraging tasks and whether they then demonstrate to others how to solve the tasks.

To coincide with the publication, Dr Carter and co-author Dr. Harry Marshall will be online all day Tuesday 11th March, answering any questions about baboon personality or their research results in this field. So if you have any questions, then visit https://peerj.com/ask/BaboonPersonality/ and pose your questions (at any time before, during, or after Tuesday).
