In addition to now being indexed by EMBASE, PeerJ is also indexed in PubMed, PubMed Central, Scopus, the DOAJ, CAB Abstracts, Google Scholar, the ACS Databases, PubMed Europe, CAB Abstracts, AGORA, ARDI, HINARI, and OARE.

Update 10/27/2014: PeerJ is also now indexed by Web of Science (WoS), Biological Abstracts and BIOSIS Previews. The journal will receive a JCR 2014 Impact Factor in June 2015.
